Jeanette Paulus is a full time Managing Broker/REALTOR with over 20 years of real estate experience. Jeanette has been a leading Real Estate professional locally and she is a well-regarded REALTOR with deep connections throughout the local real estate community. Jeanette is a native of Kitsap County and was raised in the Poulsbo area.  Jeanette is very familiar with all the unique features each neighborhood has to offer and clients appreciate her full time hours, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.

Prior to a career in Real Estate Jeanette was a new construction building superintendent and project manager overseeing the construction of many of new homes in Kitsap, King and Snohomish Counties.  She has also earned her Oregon Real Estate Broker's License.  Currently it is not Active as she is only focusing on Real Estate in the Pacific NW including all of Kitsap County, Pierce County west of Tacoma Narrows, Mason, Jefferson and Clallam Counties.

Even though Jeanette is available to her clients 365 days a year, Jeanette also loves spends time with her husband and real estate partner Eric Cookson, taking care of their two Vizsla’s Cali Moonshine and REESE. Cali & Reese are trained bird dogs and Jeanette loves takes her dogs out to the bird fields and events.  She also has a couple of cats, Kanabster and Meadow Man.

Besides Jeanette's love of Real Estate, Jeanette also enjoys riding her sport bike or out on the water on her jet ski, going off roading, traveling and spending time with  her parents.
